At HilltopAds, all payments are credited to your balance instantly. If you make a deposit but the money is still not credited to your balance, do not worry.

Firstly, double check if you have used the correct HilltopAds wallet. Then check the payment history in your bank. There may be a case, when your bank holds a payment.

If everything is correct on your side, please contact your manager to get help. You need to send them the payment transaction ID, a date of the payment and an amount. Your manager will contact the Accounting department to find your payment.
