Step 2. Fill in Invoice Details to Make a Deposit

How to Set Up Your Account and Invoice Information in HilltopAds

Before getting started, take a moment to configure your account preferences in the HilltopAds dashboard. This will make your workspace comfortable and secure.

Account Preferences

  • Go to My Account, navigate to the Profile tab, and set your preferred account and email language. At HilltopAds, we do our best to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible. You can now select from the following languages: Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Simplified Chinese. English is set as the default language.

  • Plus in the My Account section, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Additionally, you can add a list of allowed IP-addresses in this tab.

Invoice information

To make a deposit and run ads, you need to fill in your Invoice details. In the left sidebar, open the My Account tab, and go to the Invoice information section. Fill in all required invoice and personal information.

There are two fiscal status options:

  • Individual - for personal accounts.

  • Company - for businesses (include full company details).

Fill in the other fields such as Preferred Messenger, City, Country, ZIP code, and Address according to your location.

This data is used for future invoice generation and can be updated later if needed.

We recommend providing accurate details, especially your contact information so your personal manager can easily reach out to you when needed.
