How to change personal details and password for your account?

Advertisers can change their personal details, invoice information, password and protect their account with the HilltopAds tools.

In the My Account section, you can change your personal details, specify an Invoice information or protect your account.

Change personal details

To change your name or last name, go to the My Account section. Please be informed, you cannot change the registration email. To do so, please contact your personal manager.

Invoice information

To make a deposit, you need to fill in the form in the Invoice Information tab of the My Account section. There you need to specify your Status - individual or a company (if you work as a company) and Messenger (IM). We recommend you to write your messenger account, so your personal manager will be able to contact you directly.

The Country, Company, City, ZIP/Postal code and Address fields are optional.

Change password

To change your password, go to the Change Password tab of the My Account section. There you need to indicate the Current password, New password and confirm it.

If you do not remember your current password, please contact your personal manager.

Account security

Additionally, to protect your account, you can specify the allowed IP addresses or enable two-factor authentication. To do so, go to the Account Security tab of the My Account section.

Moreover, there you can delete your account.
