Step 2. Set Up Your Publisher Account

Configure your publisher account, language, security settings, invoicing, and payment details to ensure smooth and secure payouts.

How to Set Up Your Account and Invoice Information in HilltopAds

Before getting started, take a moment to configure your account preferences in the HilltopAds dashboard. This will make your workspace comfortable and secure.

Account Preferences

  • Go to My Profile and set your preferred language and email language for easier navigation and reporting. How to select the preferred language for the publisher’s account

  • Plus in the My Account section, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Additionally, you can add a list of allowed IP-addresses in this tab.

You can also update your personal details or change your password anytime in the same section. How to change personal details and password

Invoice information

In the left sidebar, open the My Account tab.

Then go to the Invoice Information section and specify your Fiscal Status (Individual or Company).

Other fields are optional, but we recommend you adding your Messenger contact so your personal manager can reach out to you when needed. Don’t forget to click the Update Invoice information button to save the changes.

Next, in the Payment information section select the preferred payment option and add your wallet details.

Kindly note: Each payout method has its own minimum withdrawal amount. You won’t be able to withdraw less than the specified minimum.


If none of the listed options work for you, feel free to contact your Publisher Manager to discuss additional payout methods.
