MultiTag Banner ad format in HilltopAds
MultiTag Banner is a powerful feature that allows you to display multiple ad formats on your website simultaneously. By implementing a single code snippet, you can monetize website with multiple ad types, optimizing your revenue potential.
MultiTag Banner contain two ad formats - Banner and Popup. The HilltopAds systems by itself choose the most suitable ad format for your audience. This ad format is CPM-based.
How to create a MultiTag Banner ad zone on a website?
Go to the Manage Site & Zones section;
Click on the Add zone button which is available only for a verified website;
If you have not verified a website yet, check out the guide.
3. Specify the Name of a zone;
4. Select the MultiTag banner ad format from the ad formats list.
5. Copy the generated code and paste it into your website page. Depending on where you place the code, the banner will behave differently:
<body>section (after<body>but before</body>) – the banner will be displayed according to the natural page render flow, positioned within the page content;<head>section (after<head>but before</head>) – the banner will be displayed in the top right corner of the page, regardless of the page layout.
Choose the placement that best fits your website's design and monetization goals.
What are the default settings?
The default settings are:
If you add a code before the </body> tag, one banner ad will be shown at the bottom of the page;
One Popup will be opened.
