Q: I can’t sign in. What should I do?
A: If you have any issues with registration, please don't hesitate to reach out to HilltopAds Support at support@hilltopads.com. Our team will do their best to assist you.
Q: I forgot my login/password, what should I do?
A: To reset your password, click Forgot your password on the login page and enter the email linked to your HilltopAds account.
Alternatively, you can reach out to your personal manager or support to restore/change your login and password.
Q: What should I do to start working with you?
A: Just sign up on HilltopAds, fill in your details under My Account, and you’re ready to go!
Advertisers should also fund their account to start running campaigns.

Q: I created an advertiser account, but I want to work as a publisher. Do I need to create a new account?
A: No, you don’t need to create a new account. HilltopAds allows you to manage both advertiser and publisher roles from the same profile.
To activate your publisher account:
① Go to your HilltopAds account.
② Open the My Account section.
③ Check the box Show publisher account.
④ Click Update Profile.
Your publisher dashboard will then become available - you can start adding ad zones and monetizing your traffic right away.
Q: When my ads will be approved?
A: Usually, ad campaigns are approved within 1 business hour. If you create an ad campaign on the weekend, moderation might take more time.
Please make sure you have made a deposit. Campaigns created without a deposit will not be reviewed.
Q: Is it possible to add less than the minimum deposit amount?
A: Unfortunately, no - HilltopAds requires meeting the minimum deposit amount to activate your advertising account. The min deposit is $100.
Q: Who can advertise with HilltopAds?
A: HilltopAds works with direct advertisers and media buyers worldwide, offering tools for both beginners and pros.

Q: How to close my account for advertisers?
A: To delete your account, go to the My Account page and navigate to the Account security section. Click on the Delete Account button.
Once an account is closed, access to it cannot be restored.
