Every advertisers who do not satisfied with the HilltopAds traffic or decide to stop a campaign can make a refund of the remaining balance.
How to request refund?
If you’d like to request a refund, please note that identity verification is required as part of our compliance process. To ensure everything is processed securely and efficiently, follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Prepare a Photo for KYC Verification.
To begin, take a clear selfie of yourself holding your government-issued ID, driven license, or passport. Please make sure: Your face is fully visible, Your ID details are readable and not obstructed, The photo is well-lit and in focus.Step 2: Send the Photo.
Once you’ve taken the photo, email it to your personal account manager. If you’re unsure who that is, you can also send it to any of the following official support addresses: support@hilltopads.com, qa@hilltopads.com, marketing@hilltopads.com.Step 3: Wait for Verification.
Our team will review your submission as soon as possible. If everything is in order, we’ll move forward with your refund. Should we need any additional information to complete the verification, we’ll reach out to you directly.
Please be informed, the remaining amount will be returned to your wallet from which you made the deposit.
What types of payments are non-refundable?
Unfortunately, the first deposit is non refundable in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. If you are not sure whether your offer is valid for HilltopAds, please contact your personal manager before making a deposit. They will help you.
If your account is banned or you violate our Terms & Conditions, then we will not proceed a refund.
Moreover, any bonuses or cashbacks that have been credited to your balance through promotional codes or rewards are also non-refundable.
When will you receive your money back?
Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the request.
