I can’t sign in. What should I do?

If you have any issues with registration, please don't hesitate to reach out to HilltopAds Support at support@hilltopads.com. Our team will do their best to assist you.

I didn’t receive a verification email. What should I do?

If you can't find a verification email in your Inbox, please check a Spam, Snoozed or Promotion folder.

If you still can't find it, go to your personal account for publishers and look for the contact information of your manager on the left panel. You can reach out to them via email, Skype, Telegram, or report the issue to support@hilltopads.com.

How can I contact my personal manager for publishers?

Your personal manager’s contact details are displayed in your account on the left menu above My Account. You can reach them via email or Telegram (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 UTC).

I forgot my login/password, what should I do?

To reset your password, click “Forgot your password” on the login page and enter the email linked to your HilltopAds account.

Alternatively, you can reach out to your personal manager or support to restore/change your login and password.

Why can’t I create another MultiTag VAST or MultiTag In-Page zone?

Please note that there’s a limit on the number of zones you can create (including archived ones):

Banner MultiTag – up to 3 zones

In-Page MultiTag – 1 zone max

Video Slider MultiTag – 1 zone max

Video VAST – 1 zone max

Can I use HilltopAds and another ad network at the same time?

Certainly! Both advertisers and publishers have the freedom to collaborate with any number of advertising networks. This strategy allows them to gain valuable insights and determine which networks are the most suitable for their needs, resulting in maximum revenue potential.

Do I need to have a website to work with HilltopAds?

If you own a social media group, a YouTube channel, or a mobile app, our Direct Link provides a way for you to monetize your audience.

How much time does HilltopAds take to approve my website?

To verify your website, upload the verification file to the root folder or add a meta tag before the </head> tag. Once done, your site will be verified automatically, then you can create ad zones and start monetizing.

If you’re having trouble verifying your website, please contact your personal manager for help.

How to close my publisher account?

To delete your account, go to the My Account page and navigate to the Account security section. Click on the Delete Account button.

Once an account is closed, access to it cannot be restored. If you want to restart your monetization work, you will need to create a new account.
