Today we want to tell you about the spring updates of the HilltopAds platform. Since our last update digest, we have focused on empowering our advertisers. Now the advertising account has become even more convenient and more functional, and adding new targeting parameters will allow you to show ads to a more targeted audience!

Union Pay is available for advertisers.

Union Pay is now available for advertisers to top up the balance in the Add Funds section in their personal accounts.

  • Min. payment sum is 50.00 USD.
  • Max. payment sum is 2,500.00 USD.
  • Payment commission: 4.40%.

Also, WebMoney became available for advertisers again.

  • Min. payment sum is 50.00 USD.
  • Max. payment sum is 200.00 USD.
  • Max. daily payment sum is 200.00 USD.
  • Payment commission: 25%.
In addition to Union Pay and WebMoney, you can deposit via Wire Transfer, Paxum, ePayService, Bitcoin, Credit Card, Capitalist, USDT.

Target ads by US states!

Yes, it's true! We have heard all your requests, and now we have added the ability to target ads not only by cities, but also by US states! For now, state targeting is only available upon request.

To test the new feature, write to your manager as soon as possible and select the necessary US states in the Manage Campaigns section!

The time is UTC format by default, but you can choose a different time zone. Don't forget to save your campaign settings!

Added new parameters to Estimation Tools.

To make predicting impressions and ad spending even easier, we've added Browsers & OS to Estimation Tools for you.

Now you can add Browsers to the chart: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Samsung Browser, Edge, Android, Facebook.

Also OS: Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android.
