There are two important updates affecting publishers’ workflow.
PayPal Payout Changes
From now on, when you withdraw using PayPal, a 2% commission will be deducted from the payout amount.
Also, the minimum withdrawal threshold increased from $20 to $50 (which won’t be a challenge for you to reach because HilltopAds offers high CPM rates for high-quality traffic).

Blogspot Traffic: Now Accepted for Monetization
Good news for publishers using Blogspot: the previous restrictions no longer apply. Simply add your Blogspot site, just like any other, in the ‘Manage Site & Zones’ section to maximize your monetization opportunities.

To use, go to the ‘Manage Campaigns’ tab, look for the ‘7d’ or ‘7d by zone’ buttons inside the statistics column of your ad campaign analytics preview, and then tap on the necessary option to receive the data.
Skro Tracker Integration

Starting this quarter, the minimum first deposit required to top up the advertiser’s balance is $100.
Enhanced Traffic Volumes Estimation Tool
Our Traffic Volumes tool just got a powerful upgrade, too. Now, when you start creating a new ad campaign, the Traffic Volumes tool will display Premium, Recommended, and Minimum CPM rates, along with explanations for each. Moreover, if you choose multiple GEOs, rates are displayed separately for each region, allowing you to optimize budgets more accurately.
